EBSC provides civil planning, design, and construction support services to architects and developers within the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), and throughout Alaska. Our services include preparing site plans and addressing the building permit requirements. Our understanding of Title 21 (MOA’s local building code) is extremely helpful when navigating the building permit process.

EBSC Engineering provides transportation planning and design services for tribal organizations and small communities, including environmental consultation and permitting, engineered road designs and feasibility studies, Long-Range Transportation Plans, and Transportation Safety Plans.

EBSC provides fuel spill prevention and response planning and permitting support for bulk fuel storage facilities throughout Alaska. Our services include preparation of Facility Response Plans (FRP), Operation Manuals (OM), and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCP). Our services include coordination with the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. EPA to address compliance requirements.
